Small Group Personal Training

You will be working out alongside other MAXOUT family members in a fun, encouraging, and supporting environment with one of our elite personal trainers. This program is designed to give you the most effective, pain-free & fastest results you’ve ever experienced!

What is a small group training?

One elite personal trainer working with a group of no more than 8 members. It is the sweet spot between 1-on1 personal training and large group fitness class. Session is kept small so each member can still receive personal instruction and attention. Session is also large enough to allow for peer support and community, leading to a greater sense of camaraderie and goal achievement while not packing a facility making some feel claustrophobic.

How long is a personal training session?
Our personal training session is 50 minutes in duration.
I can only come at a certain time, what are you personal training availabilities?

We are open 6 days a week with personal training sessions offered from early mornings to evenings.

I am out of shape. Will I be able to do the workouts?

Of course! Our sessions are geared toward ALL levels of fitness, and everyone is encouraged to go at their own comfortable pace.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably in active wear.

When should I arrive?

You are welcome to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session begins to check in at the front desk.

How do I sign up for a session?

All sessions are booked online using your mobile.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • MAXOUT has a 12-hour cancellation policy. You will not be able to cancel your session within 12 hours of your scheduled time.
  • A missed session will count towards one of your monthly sessions.
  • The cancellation policy is to hold our MAXOUT members accountable to their goals. Also, to ensure that all of our members will have the opportunity to conveniently plan ahead and schedule their session should a spot become available.
What if I am running late?

No worries! If you did not cancel your session the spot will be reserved for you until the session ends.

What is your refund policy
No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
